Majulah Cacao Jelly Powder
Sugar, Carrageenan and Cocoa Powder
The flame must be turned off after boiling. The strong flame will cause the jelly to become hard and rough.
1. Pour the Majulah Cacao Jelly Powder into 500 ml water and heat over low heat, stirring frequently until it is dissolved. Continue cooking the mixture until boil.
2. Pour the mixture into a mold.
3. Leave aside to cool completely then put into the fridge.
4. Take out from the fridge and serve.
